Important Information

Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Ample parking for 5-6 cars is provided in the flat, gravel parking lot.
  • A short staircase rises to the main level with 8 steps. An even shorter staircase is on the left side of the home and gives easier access once you are there.

Policies and Rules

  • This home does not accept pets. Please do not bring animals to this home.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook. Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Weekends are available for the same nightly rate as weekdays.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • Ample parking for 5-6 cars is provided in the flat, gravel parking lot.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with utensils for meal preparation.
  • "Starter set" of paper products provided: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. These items are provided for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.
  • Amenities include: Free parking, climate control, high-speed internet, bed linens, towels, dishwasher, stove, oven, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, pool table, hot tub, balcony, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and ironing board & iron.
